Frontend Engineer

About the role

SafetyCulture builds software that helps teams do their best, safest work. As a Frontend Engineer you'll build beautiful, performant interfaces for a product used by over 75,000 organisations worldwide. Hybrid role — 3 days in the Sydney office, 2 days remote.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain high-quality React components and features across the web platform
• Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible UIs
• Contribute to and evolve the SafetyCulture design system
• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
• Work in a cross-functional squad with product, design, and backend engineers

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries
• Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and browser APIs
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
