About the role
REA Group operates Australia's leading property platform, realestate.com.au. As a Senior Data Analyst you'll turn rich property market data into insights that directly shape product and business decisions. Fully remote with flexible hours — we care about the quality of your analysis, not when you do it.
What you'll do
- Analyse large datasets to surface actionable insights for product and commercial teams
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools used by senior stakeholders
- Partner with product managers to define and measure success metrics
- Contribute to data quality and governance initiatives
- Mentor junior analysts and help uplift data literacy across the business
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python for data analysis
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Strong communication skills — you can explain complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience in a product-led or digital business preferred
How the flexibility works
Fully remote — work from anywhere in Australia. Flexible hours with core overlap 10am–2pm AEST. No mandatory office days.
