What you'll do
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise employer accounts across key verticals
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximise revenue and retention
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Collaborate with product and marketing to develop enterprise-specific solutions
- Report to the VP Sales and contribute to national sales strategy
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience with at least 3 years in enterprise or strategic accounts
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a complex sales environment
- Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships at C-suite level
- Experience in HR tech, recruitment, or SaaS preferred
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely without close supervision
How the flexibility works
Fully remote — work from anywhere in Australia. Flexible hours with no mandatory office days. Travel to client sites as required (approx. 2–3 days/month).
